Pirate Survivors: Cursed Seas

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This policy covers Pirate Survivors: Cursed Seas for iPhone and iPad, developed by Florian Ludot.

In short

The game does not collect any personal data. It works offline, needs no account, and contains no ads, tracking, third-party analytics or in-app purchases.

Data stored on your device

Your scores, survival times, levels, kill counts, run dates and sound and haptics settings are saved locally on your device so the game can show your Captain’s Ledger and remember your preferences. This information is never sent to the developer or to any server operated for the game.

Your device may include this data in backups made by iCloud or your computer. Those backups are handled by Apple or by you, not by the developer.

You can delete all of this data at any time by deleting the app.

Support and feedback

If you contact the developer on X (Twitter), the developer receives your username and whatever you choose to include, and uses it only to reply and investigate the issue. Your message is also handled by X under its own privacy policy. Please don’t include personal information that isn’t needed.

If you test a beta through TestFlight, Apple may collect diagnostics, crash reports and feedback under its own terms. Information that Apple shares with the developer is used only to fix bugs and improve the game. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If the game’s data practices change, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
